Barry receives an application from a new recruit, who wants to join his merry men, DW Cheetham arrives in town. Barry is feeling fed up, Howard wants to learn to fly.
Before we go anywhere, the main interest here is of course Valerie Leon, famous to many as The High Karate girl, and of course The Carry on and James Bond films. She is great here, even if the written part is slightly lacking.
Howard provides the laughs, as he so often does, I enjoyed the moments of him in his flying gear, he certainly looks the part.
I like that Miss Davenport is finally settling in, and becoming a bit of a character, I loved how she tormented Barry, nice that we had an overhang from the previous episode, it doesn't happen often.
Not bad, 6/10.
