Storyline

Evelyn looks at the result of the home-pregnancy test - it confirms her fears. She manages to finish the letter to Simon asking if he will support her. Year 9 are out playing football. Adam's father watches from a distance, and notes Ian pushing Adam to the ground after a bad tackle. Mrs. Hargreaves is enjoying a relaxing bath - she is quite something to behold with a white face pack and cucumber on her eyes. Calvin and Darren decide to surprise Spencer, unaware that his mother is back - they burst into the bathroom, and both they and Spencer's mum scream in terror at the encounter. On the football pitch, Adam once again tries a tackle that's badly timed, and Franco falls over in agony. It looks like his leg is broken and Ian angrily sets himself on Adam - but then Mr. Hawkins appears like out of nowhere, and breaks up the fight. After the ambulance has taken Franco, Adam tells his father that he wants him to stay out of his business - to him, he doesn't exist. Nathan borrows Jude the...
