Storyline

Survival of the Idiots: While Sandy is hibernating for the winter, SpongeBob and Patrick are fascinated by the snow they see inside the Treedome and want to play in it. When they try to sneak inside, Sandy warns them in a pre-taped video not to disturb a mammal when she's hibernating. SpongeBob and Patrick, of course, ignore the warning, play in the snow, wake up Sandy and then have to contend with the sleepwalking and sleeptalking savage beast she's become. When they finally get her back to sleep, they realize the lock to the door is frozen shut and they'll have to spend the winter there. Freezing, they pluck off all of Sandy's hair in order to keep warm and when she wakes up, it's payback time. Dumped: One day, Gary starts following Patrick around and SpongeBob can't figure out why. Slowly he grows more and more jealous and becomes determined to win Gary back. Patrick thinks SpongeBob should just accept that Gary's with him now and move on with his life. SpongeBob tries to replace ... Written by NAS

Survival of the Idiots-Yes, SpongeBob and Patrick have always been idiots, but, hence the title, they take their idiocy even farther. In this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick want to play with Sandy, but she's hibernating because it's snowing in her treedome. The snow is unfamiliar to SpongeBob and Patrick, so they have their fun, but get very cold. So, what other choice do they have but rip off some of Sandy's fur? When SpongeBob and Patrick are doing this, they hear Sandy talking about Texas outlaws and, just for laughs, they decide to imitate them. Big mistake. Sandy is immediately woken up from hibernation prematurely and she believes that they're really notorious outlaws and she won't stop until they're dead. About SpongeBob and Patrick's idiocy being pushed farther, you see, unlike the new episodes, where SpongeBob and Patrick act so stupid that they're oblivious and just annoying and off putting, they're actually funny here; telling classic jokes. Here's the reason why. You see, in this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick knew what was going on, they were just foolish to trick a hibernating Sandy. I like an example of idiocy in this episode instead of what they do in the new ones.8/10 Dumped- SpongeBob and Patrick are having fun, playing some sort of game. At the end of the day, Gary is affectionate of Patrick and they have a sleepover, much to SpongeBob's joy. However, SpongeBob finds himself in an emotional breakdown when Gary seems to rather want to play with Patrick instead of SpongeBob. SpongeBob wants to replace Gary with another pet, but his at finding a replacement fail miserably. SpongeBob just wants Gary back, but Gary prefers Patrick. Or does he? This episode is executed well and has a great ending. The only thing I don't like is how Patrick treats SpongeBob. He acts like a conceited jerk to SpongeBob. (I don't think it's as bad as "I'm With Stupid"). What's more is that I think they're both overreacting a bit. SpongeBob and Patrick hang out with each other all day long, so why don't they just include Gary? Ah, well, if the writers did that, then this episode might have been bad. 8/10
