Adam is having his 5th birthday party. When he's about to blow out his candles on the cake, his tells him to make a wish. Adam says he wants 5! Well, mom doesn't want to argue and tells him to think of 5. Then, before he blows out each of the candles individually, you see him think of a situation where he'd like a wish. Many of the wishes are pure 5 year-old style, though I have to think that Adam is an amazingly tame kid. Heck, I would have wished for a death ray or a pet kangaroo at that age. Instead, he mostly wants to do what he wants--such as never take a bath again. Only one of the wishes was that dangerous--at least 3 or 4 of mine would have been (and don't blame me--5 year-old boys don't usually worry about danger).
Overall, a nice little film but one that probably won't change your life one way or the other.
