While shooting episode 3, in which two men and a woman are trapped in a stuck elevator, the camera assistant 'Max Kleber' (pv) was trapped in the elevator himself and had to be rescued.

The producer and supervising director Harald Siebler had a cameo appearance in episode 6. However, he found that this appearance was a disturbance to the scene and had himself digitally removed.

At the end of episode 9, am man smokes a cigar, which was not lit while shooting, but it was lit digitally during post-production. In episode 14, a porcelain chandelier is shaking violently. This also had to be done digitally, as the chandelier on location was too old and valuable.
