Was this the episode about Pickett's charge?
3 February 2007 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I remember as a boy seeing an episode of "You are There" about Pickett's charge on the third day at the Battle of Gettysburg.

It started a lifelong interest in the study of the American Civil War for me.

I distinctly remember Walter Cronkite in a trench coat interviewing several generals and soldiers.

Generals Pickett and General Robert E. Lee were interviewed for the South.

I think Walter also showed up on the Union side and interviewed General George Meade and others.
