Bare breasts shown briefly. Some heavy cleavage here and there. One of the scenes in the first 10 minutes depicts a woman being raped, several Flashbacks to this shot from thr waste up with clothed men thrusting over a clothed frightened and distressed screaming woman.

Extreme violence and gore with close-up views of knives/bullets/hands entering flesh, axes hacking off heads and body parts, and blood spurting from open wounds. Hacked off heads are thrown about. Extreme gunfights with pistols and a shotgun slaughter scene. Guillotine chopping meat and blood pouring into buckets. Bodies are skinned and lips are cut off people and sewn onto the undead. Heads exploding after being shot with a rifle.

F-word.

The "damned" are shown without skin or skin partially burned off. A man is shown stitching his own mouth shut. Undead "gallow walkers" with bright feral eyes appear regularly. A woman is raped and men are shown laughing. All in all, diabolical and Dante-esque.

MPAA:
Rated R for bloody violence, grisly images, some language and brief nudity
