This was a really fun two parter and I enjoyed it.
The first part, Leap Frogs, gives us a lot of time with Mrs Bighead as she attempts to seduce Rocko (feeling neglected by her husband). It's uncomfortably sexual and shocking for kids content.
Heffer is the roommate from hell in part 2 and he is absolutely disgusting. It's fun to watch Rocko descend into a state of panic at eternal roommsteship with Heffer. Mrs Bighead also returns as a voyeur! What is it with this episode!
