Threats are made and stuff blows up. That's about it.

'Expo 2068' is standard filler unless you enjoy watching Captain Scarlet disable a bomb. A no-nonsense nuclear reactor is hijacked by you-know-who, leaving Spectrum to give chase. But the Mysterons' plan is unfocused, resulting in shots galore of lumbering big rigs, helicopters slowing down for a landing and . . . well, more of both of those. Captain Black seems more cutthroat than usual , callously killing some poor schlub in the control room (in contradiction to what he said in 'Manhunt' about not being devoid of compassion).

And we never even find out whether the Mysterons' plan was a success.

Meh.
