Storyline
[Season 1] This Dutch version of "Soccer wives" follows several hot footballers of Heros, an Amsterdam top team and their family lives. Star player Italo Ferrero's fiancée Solange is used to being materially spoiled rotten by her gorgeous and horny stallion, but also put in her subordinate place; she covers for her fat brother Mikey, a robber, but Italo finds out and forbids any contact with her bothersome trailer-family. Newcomer Danny Doornbos' steady partner -soon married, under national press coverage to pay for his unfortunate gambling attempts- Renske Veldman wasn't prepared at all for life in the big league -he's no longer an available 'husband' on call- nor for the perks of his high income... Top scorer Jeffrey Woesthoff's wife Melanie uses her female charms to 'persuade' the club chairman in his office to keep hubby on a good spot; their son Dylan proves early maturity- in bed... Awful overacting, good actors that are wasted and non-actress Leontine Borsato to top it all off! They thought "Gooische Vrouwen" gets good rating, lets just do "Voetbal Vrouwen", then that will get good ratings as well! How creative... NOT! When will they stop making this absolute junk. Why do people like Johan Nijenhuis get money for making filth like this? It is pointless to watch his, there is no suspense, no good story, no humour.. you only see the wifes of soccerplayers portrayed like what they supposed to be like, stupid women that are only into money and shopping. Why would you want to waste good time to see that? It still hurts that you can't vote a 0 instead of a 1 at IMDb.
