I saw this short at the Shriekfest Film Festival in LA. I believe this short was produced in the UK. I have to admit the director has done an excellent job. Clocking in at only five minutes, this short wastes no time and jumps right into the action. A man attempts to save this damsel in distress from a psychotic mutant. This short is filled with sharp humor and fast paced action. The production value here is top notch - stylish camera-work, editing, and some really cool special effects. The director must be connected somehow to the makeup/sfx industry. The prostectics and makeup for the gruesome-looking mutant were really creepy. Plus, there's a nice dose of gore for the horror fans. I would highly recommend checking it out at a festival near you.
