Well, somewhere in the middle of this there's a farewell to Pippa as
she takes her leave of her latest all-too-brief stint.Sally proves it's
a case of like mother, like daughter by sinking into deep denial over
Flynn's death and acting as though she hasn't been affected.Cassie
seems to be coping the best, Ric is being quiet but a last message from
Flynn seems to rouse him slightly.The scene of Sally watching Flynn's
tape alone and crying is rather poignant.
Elsewhere, Graham decides to have some fun at Josh and Amanda's expense by inviting them round for an awkward dinner party.His moment of one-sided reconciliation with Beth, as he congratulates her and Tony and seems to recognise that she's been on his side all along, is a nicely played moment.But the ending shows that he's yet another person who isn't as clever as he thinks he is, as his attempt at pulling a coup on Amanda goes horribly wrong...
