Cottam assigns Briggs and Louis to go and collect Wiley criminal, Spanner, only this time the pair are feuding over a woman named Veronica, the journey takes an unexpected twist when the prisoner escapes.
Absolutely hilarious, this is such a funny episode, the first time the show went down the black humour route, the first half of the episode is amusing enough, more slapstick, the second half however is side splitting.
The show at its best, and some of the one liners are just wonderful, it's a real classic.
We had an episode based on classic film Rear Window some time ago, and this time we've got another classic film, Deliverance.
Bryan Pringle and Hugh Dennis are a scream as the father and son, Dennis is so good as the inbred son.
9/10.
