Predictably unfunny garbage. If anyone was disappointed they only have themselves to blame.

If you've ever wondered what many Balkan people find (riotously) funny, here's a good example. This third installment, in what must be one of the worst movie serials ever, bombs on all fronts. The cast is awful, composed mostly of incompetent actors who got into the movie business through the sheer force of nepotism - or even Party connections (that part of Serbia's history is not that ancient...). Almost no-one in this cast is remotely affable or charismatic: that alone spells doom even for well-written comedies, let alone speedily put-together rubbish of this sort. The least charisma or acting ability is to be found in the two painfully unfunny mongrels playing the angel and the devil: suffice it to say, the worst "comedy" duo in the Milky Way. The dialogue is beyond sophomoric; it is merely cretinous, and dull to a fault. The gags are on a kindergarten level, aimed at the most uneducated hence utterly uncritical and clueless segment of the populace. This piece of amateurish lowest-common-denominator junk makes the "Police Academy" movies look like Kubrick made them. Even P.A. movies didn't have titles as dumb as "Rock'N'Roll Strikes Back". Is that meant to be funny?
