A friend of mine who is an aspiring film writer responded once to my criticism about how many films that are distributed in the United States are poor. He said they didn't start out with the intention of making a poor film. It just came out that way. Tell Me Cuba is quite the opposite. It is a great film that sadly has not received the recognition that it should.
