In a day and age where bland reality seems to be all the rage, it is really amazing (and refreshing) to see such an ambitious display of surrealism. Draped in color and richness, this short took my breath away. The rich depths and texture gave me a feeling of a time unknown - how I would love to see that world today. The costumes and make up showing an opulence long since lost in our world of mundane reality. The thought provoking verse that accompanies the visual spectacular adds yet another layer of depth. Thank God for someone with a such an obvious appreciation for thought, beauty and art being gutsy enough to stick to what's 'surreal'.
