New York -- Notional, a new production company housed at Barry Diller's Iac, unveiled its initial TV development and production slate Wednesday with several concepts looking to bridge TV and the Internet, such as a dance competition format called "Ready, Set, Dance."

The firm is also working on new seasons of Food Network hit show "Chopped."

Spawned from Iac's CollegeHumor.com and launched in August, Notional is led by CEO Ricky Van Veen, co-founder of CollegeHumor, and president Dave Noll who oversees TV development and production.

"We are thrilled to be up and running so quickly, with a few shows already on the air and some great ideas ready to bring to market," said Van Veen.

"Great formats do not need to be built specifically for digital platforms, or specifically for television," added Noll. "Truly groundbreaking formats can be built utilizing the benefits of both."
