"Nobody but nobody loves this town more than Alf Stewart"
Charlie gets creepier by the second and his obsession with Kim becomes more pronounced."He's sending me flowers,"Kim moans at one point. We see him breaking into gym, seemingly purely so that he can hang around Kim's workplace. And that's nothing compared to his behaviour around Doris.Although his actions do depend on some rather careless behaviour from hospital staff, trusting a relative to administer medication properly and leaving a half full syringe lying around.
Dan's attempts to charm Leah are rather sweet but also somewhat lacking;you get the feeling these two should really be past the point of no return by now and the writers seem to be putting them back together because they can't think of anything else to do with them. And one of Dan's comments seems to be about to come back to haunt them as Alf organises a town meeting attended by...a bunch of people who were in the episode anyway and two extras.Leading to someone making a grand entrance.Okay, she's on the opening titles so we all knew she was still around.Still makes for a good cliffhanger.
