The subplot about the ability to make people face their past wasn't so
bad. All in all it seems like it was a thank you gift even though Tom
and Diana didn't realize it right away. At least for Tom. I loved his
interaction with his dead dad. The moment where he tells him the truth
of why he never showed up to his deathbed was absolutely great.
I am not so sure about Diana's visit from the past. The story is good, many people have a messed up relationship life because of someone in the past. I liked that, but I don't really like how it ended. It is hard for me to say if Marco was right or wrong for Diana, we didn't get to see much of their interaction, which I guess was to make people agree that they are not right for each other. But the whole point was that she never had a relationship beyond a few months at which point she would tell herself that they aren't right for her and break up. It seems that the best end to this interaction with Josh would be for her to finally realize it and for the first time move further in the relationship she is in instead of breaking up again. I guess the writers are trying to get her with Tom.
Isabella is annoying, poor Shawn, too bad he couldn't kill her
