Robert Knepper to Stay on iZombie; 'No Evidence of Wrongdoing' on Show's Set

Robert Knepper to Stay on iZombie; 'No Evidence of Wrongdoing' on Show's Set
Robert Knepper will remain a cast member on The CW’s iZombie, after the show’s producers conducted an internal investigation of the actor’s conduct on set.

Knepper faces accusations of violent sexual assault by five different women that span three decades, but Warner Bros. TV tells our sister site Deadline that their inquiry, which involved members of the iZombie cast and crew, “found no evidence of wrongdoing on the set of the show.” (They made no comment about the aforementioned allegations, however, which all occurred before Knepper’s time on iZombie.)

Marvel’s Kevin Feige says future Avengers movies will take place in space

Although Marvel is keeping its Phase Four plans tightly under wraps, we do know that the studio plans on delving further into the cosmic universe post-Avengers 4, with Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn helping Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige to help shape this side of the McU.

Well, it seems this cosmic emphasis won’t just apply to the likes of the Guardians and Thor, as Feige has revealed at Brazil’s Comic-Con Experience that future Avengers movies will see Earth’s Mightiest Heroes venturing into outer space.

“If the Avengers survive, we will see more films with them in space,” said Feige (via Talkies Network). “I love and would like to see more films in space.”

It is expected that the McU will receive a major shake up after Avengers: Infinity War and its untitled sequel, with characters such as Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel coming to the forefront.

Infinity War Gets The Retro Treatment With New Fan-Made Trailer

Only two weeks have passed since Marvel welcomed the arrival of the first Avengers: Infinity War teaser and already, Joe and Anthony Russo’s starry tentpole has racked up a staggering 100 million views on YouTube.

That number continues to climb at an exponential rate, so it’s small wonder why Infinity War now holds the title as the most-watched trailer debut of all time within 24 hours. But YouTube content creator and all-around video wizard Darth Blender has produced a decidedly different take on the Avengers: Infinity War trailer.

Much like Darth Blender’s videos for Justice League, Injustice II and Spider-Man: Homecoming, this latest sizzle reel (see below) gives Infinity War the retro treatment, and is edited in such a way that Reb Brown and Burt Reynolds take point as Iron Man and Captain America.

With Thanos’ arrival imminent, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes begin to fall into place, including Lou Ferrigno’s Hulk,

Chris Hemsworth Hints That Thor Will Survive Avengers 4

With the arrival of the first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War, fans have begun theorizing about which of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes aren’t going to make it out of their battle with Thanos alive. For a while, it’s been assumed that at least a few of the founding Avengers would be facing their end in either this movie or its sequel, but a new comment from one of the franchise’s stars suggests that we can safely assume one character will survive through Avengers 4.

While speaking with Vanity Fair, Chris Hemsworth – the God of Thunder himself – praised the professionalism and talent of his young co-star Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man. In doing so, he made a reference to how he might “stick around” for future movies, saying the following:

“I’ve been hugely impressed by Tom Holland [Spider-Man] and the way he’s handled the transition. I didn’t

Why Did Time's 2017 Person of the Year Issue Ignore Corey Feldman?

Why Did Time's 2017 Person of the Year Issue Ignore Corey Feldman?
Time Magazine announced their Person of the Year issue earlier this week, with the honor going to the multiple women and men of the Me Too movement, calling them the Silence Breakers. Five women were chosen for the cover while dozens of men and women were interviewed for the cover story, but one voice that's been speaking out about abuse in Hollywood for decades was not included in Time Magazine. Corey Feldman started his Truth Campaign right at the same time as Harvey Weinstein's scandal was beginning to break and the former child actor has been devoting all of his time to bring attention to an underground Hollywood pedophile ring that has abused young actors since at least the 1980s. So why was Feldman left out of the story, he's been breaking the silence for decades.

The Person of the Year issue made big headlines earlier this week and

Zachary Levi’s final words in Thor: Ragnarok ended up on the cutting room floor

Warning: Spoilers for Thor: Ragnarok follow…

After taking over the role from Joshua Dallas for Thor: The Dark World, Zachary Levi made his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Fandral this year in Thor: Ragnarok, although depending when you blinked, you may have missed what proved to be his final outing as one of the Warriors Three.

During an appearance at the Heroes & Villains Fan Fest, Levi spoke about his brief role in the film, which saw him and Ray Stevenson’s Volstagg killed off by Cate Blanchett’s Hela in mere seconds, as well as revealing that his final line in the McU ended up on the cutting room floor.

“For those of you who have watched the movie, you see that Cate Blanchett comes out and she very just willy-nilly throws some knives of demonic purpose, I don’t know, they’re evil knives impaling both me and Volstagg,

Misha Green to Write and Produce Reboot of Blaxploitation Film “Cleopatra Jones”

Cleopatra Jones

Misha Green has lined up yet another project. The “Underground” co-creator will write and produce a new “Cleopatra Jones” film for Warner Bros., Deadline confirms. 1973’s “Cleopatra Jones” and 1975’s “Cleopatra Jones and the Casino of Gold” are blaxploitation female empowerment movies featuring Tamara Dobson as an undercover government agent with the cover of supermodel.

The new “Cleopatra Jones” will “present the heroine very much as the female answer to James Bond,” the source writes. In addition to being a stylish agent, Jones is skilled in martial arts and drives a Corvette Stingray furnished with automatic weapons. The 1973 flick sees Jones fighting to stop drug kingpin Mommy (Shelley Winter) from growing poppy plants, the source of the inner city’s major drug problem. In the sequel Jones travels to Hong Kong to do battle with another drug kingpin, The Dragon Lady, who also runs a casino.

Clark Gregg can’t see Agent Coulson reuniting with The Avengers any time soon

While there was a lot of speculation that Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War would see the big screen cast of the McU joined by their television counterparts, we now know that the small screen stars will be absent when Earth’s Mightiest Heroes do battle with Thanos next year.

One actor who has traversed both sides is of course Clark Gregg, a.k.a. Agent Phil Coulson, who found himself quickly resurrected after his death in 2012’s The Avengers to lead ABC and Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. TV series. The show is about to launch its fifth season tonight, but as yet, the movies have made no acknowledgement that Coulson is alive – and Gregg doesn’t believe that is going to change any time soon.

“It is an ever-present theme,” Gregg tells Comic Book. “It’s really touching to me how much the fans stay obsessed with the idea

'Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers' Recap: Who is the Secret Double Agent?
Last time on Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, Dr. Mike made a big move by playing his idol at tribal council, but it seemed to have no actual effect on the game. That was a confusing tribal council, and in the end, Cole was voted out, much to Ben's delight.

This episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers, "Buy One, Get One Free," once again has everyone wondering who is loyal, and who is just making a play to get further in the game. There are nine tribe members left, and the two remaining Healers, Joe and Dr. Mike, are clearly in danger.

The Russos on killing off characters in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4

As we’ve heard on countless occasions now, the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War and its untitled sequel are set to serve as a “finale” of sorts for the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date, kickstarting a new wave of films for Phase Four and beyond.

Naturally, there’s a lot of speculation that Earth’s Mightiest Heroes won’t come out of their epic battle with Thanos entirely unscathed, with fans expecting the two superhero epics to feature the deaths of some of our beloved Marvel heroes. And, speaking to Vanity Fair, co-director Anthony Russo has pretty much confirmed that to be the case.

“We know who we’re allowed to kill, and that’s about it,” said Russo when asked whether he and his brother Joe are involved in shaping the franchise post-Infinity War. “I don’t even think Marvel had any ideas about where they would go after [Avengers 3 and 4]. It

Extended Synopsis For Avengers: Infinity War Tees Up Marvel’s “Deadliest Showdown”

Avengers: Infinity War is many things to many people, but to the folks over at Marvel Studios, this is an “unprecedented cinematic journey 10 years in the making.” Or so says the sequel’s official synopsis.

Released alongside this morning’s awesome teaser trailer, Infinity War‘s logline begins by ramping up the stakes, as Iron Man and the gang gear up for the “ultimate, deadliest showdown of all time.”

They’ve fought amongst each other (see: Civil War) and even managed to save the world (twice!), but come 2018, the Avengers will cross paths with Thanos, a power-mongering being of immense power. With the Infinity Gauntlet in one hand and a loathing for costumed crusaders in the other, Josh Brolin’s Mad Titan descends upon Earth in search of the six Infinity Stones. What follows is a race against time as Earth’s Mightiest Heroes go up against Thanos and so-called

Avengers: Infinity War Gets Fan-Made Justice League-Style Trailer

While we await the release of the first trailer for next year’s Marvel extravaganza, Avengers: Infinity War, one fan has decided to create their own effort. The twist is that this trailer teases the upcoming movie in the style of Justice League‘s promotional campaign. In particular, it apes what we saw with the final preview for DC’s team-up film, including the use of the cover of David Bowie’s “Heroes,” – which, as you can imagine, works equally as well for the Avengers as it does the League.

The trailer draws some fun comparisons between the shared universes, too. A nice touch is swapping the Justice League trailer opening at the Kent farm for Clint Barton’s rustic family home from Age of Ultron. Likewise, it reminds us that the main plots of The Avengers and Justice League are basically the same. As Tony Stark says, both revolve

Jude Law Is Mar-Vell in Captain Marvel

Jude Law Is Mar-Vell in Captain Marvel
With Marvel Studios getting their long-awaited Captain Marvel movie ready, the studio has finally found their male lead. Jude Law has entered negotiations to play Dr. Walter Lawson, better known to Marvel Comics fans as the iconic Kree superhero Mar-Vell. There had been a rumor from August that Mar-Vell would have a major role in this Captain Marvel movie, and that has now been confirmed. Marvel Studios hasn't revealed exactly when filming will start, but it will likely happen at some point next year, as the studio prepares for its March 8, 2019 release date. Keanu Reeves was first offered the role, but he turned it down.

The studio revealed a lot of details about Captain Marvel during their Comic-Con 2017 panel, including that the Skrulls will be the main villains and that the movie will make Marvel Studios history, becoming the first movie to be set in the 1990s. It was also

Avengers 4 To Whisk Captain America Back In Time?

Steve Rogers has always been known as the man out of time (and rightly so), but it looks like Marvel’s star-spangled patriot will be paying a visit to post-war America when Avengers 4 rolls around in 2018.

Filming on the Joe and Anthony Russo sequel has been taking place in Atlanta, which has fast become a hub for all things Marvel Studios, given the city recently hosted Ant-Man and the Wasp – incidentally, Captain Marvel is expected to swoop into production early next year there as well, when it’s believed that a number of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will cross over into Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck’s nascent spinoff.

The jury’s still out on that one, mind you, but we’re now learning that Avengers 4 may feature another flashback – this time, it’ll be all about Steve Rogers, as he returns home from the front lines of World War II.
