This film is not made for everyone. It's not meant to be viewed by pretentious people who can't laugh at something stupid, because... well... this movie is intentionally stupid. The ridiculous stupidity is what makes this one of the funniest movies of the year. The absurd situations in this movie are absolutely hilarious (ex: buying CAT Scan machines in attempt to one-up a neighbor... or a man is stuck in the ground after forgetting his parachute).
As far as actors... it is an all-star cast with cameos by many cult favorites, and it does not disappoint in any of the 10 stories.
The people who hate this film are obviously not it's intended audience, but those who enjoyed the random comedic style of Wet Hot American Summer, the State, and Stella will laugh out loud at this movie.
