There is some nudity shown in the evolution seqences of the tamers, where, as they fuse with their digimon loose all of their clothes. the genitals are either left out or covered.

There is a lot of intense action in the movie. the main enemies, called parasiemon are often seen loosing lots of green blood throughout the fight scenes. the most brutal scenes are the following:

Dukemons stabbs his lance in an eye of an parasimon the bloody result is seen moments later. In the final fight dukemon is often seen slashing an impaling the parasimon very bloody saintGalgomon shoots down some parasimon with his chainguns attached to his arms, making the parasimons explode with lots of their blood shown. the green color of the blood may make some scenes appear to be less intense.

As describet in the voilence and gore sections, the fights are really intense. little children may be scared by the eye stabbing scene, or another part of the movie, where ruki, while controlled by the parasimon, tries to kill takato without a reason.
