Funny Countdown (SPOILERS)
17 March 2007 | by (Minnesota) – See all my reviews

SPOILERS

This countdown, in my opinion, is one of the best countdowns that you can find. This is far more superior to most of the countdowns on AFI, but I still think that the 100 Scariest Movie Moments of all time is a bit better, but not by that much. This is a great countdown. Quite personally, I think that this is better than AFI One Hundred Years One Hundred Laughs. Far better, actually.

Here is the basis of this countdown. If you have not noticed yet it is a countdown about the one hundred funniest movies. They countdown the one hundred funniest movies of all time. Celebrities give their view and opinion about the movie, like all countdowns do. Sometimes the time spent on one movie can be about four minutes, like Airplane! Sometimes it can be about thirty seconds, like Police Academy. Sometimes it can be about one minute, like a couple of the movies.

Overall, this is one of the greatest countdowns ever. Like all great or even good countdowns, though, it has some major flaws. For example, where is Spaceballs? Spaceballs in not even on the list. That is mind-boggling. That is one of the most funny movies in American history. Another thing, how is Shrek number three? That should be about number fifty-nine. Airplane! should have been three. I am also mildly surprised that Animal House is number one. It was the only movie left that I could think about besides Spaceballs but it would be quite obvious that they would pick Animal House over Spaceballs. Anyway, this is a great countdown that you should not miss.

10/10

Recommended Countdowns: 100 Laughs.
