Through the subtle relationship of three stories and the life situations of their respective protagonists, VISITAS, far from limiting itself to recreate the common places of violence in Latin America, situates us in violence's dark alleyways. Here victim and assailant exchange roles unexpectedly . There are no definite culprits, neither obvious redeemers. The militant force, the marginalized government and the hierarchy between different demographic groups, are destructor modules towards humanity. The film VISITAS lets us comprehend as these negative modules summoned on the Latin American cradle. A very graphical and very informative film that captivates the soul of the spectator and generally alerts the socially conscious of the injustices people from Latin America undergo. With out a doubt, this is a must see movie. Moreover, it is well directed by professional who undergo months of intense investigation, and research to create a healthy and reasonable film.
