Cody helps Chef Paolo with a healthier diet but chef Paolo keeps on say no to his new diet until the end where he take it as a life style not a diet and name healthy deserts after Cody meanwhile Carey helps Zack reduce his sugar intake because she learns that he has a good chance of getting diabetes and try to get him on a veggie fruit and meat diet but he has some tricks up his sleeves even though he does not have a sleeve. London and Maddie try to change they're figures after being insulted by London's "friend" so they try to look as good as they can for the fashion show but at the end they find her stuffing her bra with tissue.
