This is my second favorate episode/arc in the series and in a way it's kinda one of my favorate finales ever as third season truly was the last (despite not ment to), I personal felt the show with this arc went out strong.

It was a really big deal to all "Transformers" fans but this was also at a time when resurrection of certain characters was rare and wasn't common place until now. The death of Optimus Prime really got to all of us, especially me I remember crying the time he passed away, Optimus Prime was my favorate character so it was heartbreaking. I honestly didn't think this was ever going to happen, let alone I wasn't sure how it could but it did.

Not a lot I can say about this, the plot line is soild it sort of predates "28 Days Latter" as it's about a rage virus gone out of control, overtaking every negative aspect in both humans and transformers and making them fight may'be kill each other. We see the Autobots and even Despticons doing their best to control and contain the threat but their efforts are fruitless as left and right everyone just about gets infected. It was suspenseful as were constantly wondering how the heck they were going to stop this, because this isn't the ordinary Autobot and Decepticon battle where your enemy is in plain sight, but this is a virus in which no one can really run or hide from as it spreads like wild fire; it's the thing you can't really see, touch, or even feel so have no real defense against it.

A situation like that calls for a hero as they are starting to come in short supply fast. The whole episode is one big build up as we see the autobots left are racing against time to resurrect Optimus Prime. It then gets down to the final minutes when finally everything gets going and then we see a bright light and Optimus Prime is moving and then he says that memorable quote. At that moment I just got out of my seat and cheered, witnessing that moment made it official Optimus Prime is back.

As a quote from an old song goes, "It's been a long road but my time has finally come."
