Seaspray and Bumblebee go to save an aquatic world and its natives from Decepticon dictatorship. Seaspray falls in love with a native during the adventure.

On a far away planet, Deceptitran the Decepticon ruthlessly enslave the planet people known as the Tlalakans. When the slaves rebel against their evil master, he sends a distress signal to the Decepticons, which the Autobots intercept. Seaspray, Bumblebee, Perceptor and Cosmos fly to the alien planet to investigate. As soon as they land and learn of the situation, they take sides with the rebels. The Tlalakans reveal the Autobots their fascinating secret: the Well of Transformation, a pool of water which allows them to take on any form they wish, like merpeople. During the battle against the Decepticons, Seaspray and Alana the Tlalakan fall in love, despite the difference in their outer appearances. Written by Optimus Prime

The world of Tlalak (and its natives the Tlalakans) was named after Tlaloc, the Aztec god of rain and water who ruled Tlalocan the "heaven" in Aztec mythology reserved for those who died by a water-related death (drowning, choking, etc). Seaspray: [pulling a water skiing Bumblebee around a lake] Hey, Bumblebee! What do you think of waterskiing so far?
Bumblebee: Whoooaa!
[Bumblebee notices that he is heading toward a ramp]
Bumblebee: Nooo!
[Bumblebee tries to jump the ramp, but slides and falls headfirst into the water, losing his water-skis. He exits the lake, dripping water. Seaspray joins him, patting on his shoulder]
