- After encountering Skullcap in a daring airport escape, James Bond Jr. intercepts Dr. Derange's plans of launching a missile from the Eiffel Tower.
- A mad scientist named Doctor DeRange and his hulking henchman Skullcap are planning to launch a nuclear missile from Paris, France to Moscow, Russia. 007's teen-aged nephew, James Bond Jr., is in Paris to try to locate the missile. In due course, he teams up with a beautiful French teen named Mercie Beaucoup, who is also trying to locate the missile for her police officer father.
The two teens discover that the missile is being assembled below the Eiffel Tower in a underground chamber in Paris' ancient sewer system. No sooner do they make this discovery, they are captured by Skullcap, and brought before Doctor DeRange.
James and Mercie are lashed to the missile by means of a long, heavy chain wrapped several times around the nose cone. The missile is then raised to the surface alongside the Eiffel Tower, which will serve as a makeshift gantry.
As the countdown begins, James uses his acetylene torch wristwatch to cut the chain. The two teens then slide off of the nose cone and onto a platform on the Eiffel Tower. On the way down, James accesses - and sabotages - the missile's guidance system.
As the countdown approaches zero, James rigs up a makeshift zipline, which enables him and Mercie to descend quickly to ground level and take cover. The missile launches, but thanks to James' sabotage of the guidance system, it expends itself harmlessly in outer space.
The plot foiled, James and Mercie prepare to part ways. But not before James receives a hero's reward in the form of a kiss from the beautiful Mercie Beaucoup. A kiss that leaves him not merely shaken - but stirred.
