This is a video of two guys on a stage introducing videos they have found over the years. They come from all different sources, from training videos, to home movies, to commercial releases. They edit them so that they look as goofy as possible. The two guys who put on the festival try to make a nice show out of it by setting each segment with an introduction, and then providing commentary and doing some bits to make fun of the videos, much like what was done on MST3K. Except their comments really take away from the humor of the clips. They speak for themselves. This would be ideal for fans of the Tim and Eric Show from Adult Swim. The presenters could learn a little something from Tim and Eric about how to keep a straight face. Their relaxed, easygoing delivery is fine, but for me, the videos really speak for themselves, so their commentary just gets in the way. Some of it is pretty difficult to watch, and some of it is as harmless as a Disney film. Like I say, it's really a mixed bag. However, I am working on finding volumes 2 and 3, because I have to see more. So I guess that would be a thumbs up.
