A foreign spy picture in two parts. The situation is developed in an almost tiresomely ordinary way. Is there no way for a pretty spy to get acquainted with a diplomat or military officer except by pretending to have a fall and a sprained ankle. The second reel is much better and the truth is that the picture ought to have been condensed into one reel. It interests; but it might have been made stronger.
