Hilarious... for all the wrong reasons!

Warning: Spoilers
This is easily one of the show's best. Not because the animation is particularly excellent, or that the script is deep, but because it's so cheesy it's hilarious. The plot revolves around Megatron creating a clone of Optimus Prime to trick the Autobots into killing themselves. Seriously. It's as though everyone's a bit crazy (even Optimus) since nobody notices that something's wrong despite how obvious it is. ("Bumblebee, I'm speaking to you!" "But Ah'm not Bumblebee, Prime, Ah'm Ironhide!" "I meant 'Ironhide'.") Then, at the end, everybody suddenly believes that the fake is real! There's a subplot involving Megatron attempting to help his cause by having "Starscream" (also a clone) be "killed", and the Autobots immediately ignore the previous strangeness and think that the fake Prime is real. Also, watch for hilarious flubs such as the real Prime saying "Ironhide! Jazz! Trailblazer! I'm the real Optimus Prime!" and "He's dropped Splick!", Soundwave stating the obvious, and Powerglide totally appearing out of nowhere to save Splick (er, Spike). Deus ex machina! Throughout the entire thing, only Thundercracker seems to have gone through sane. All in all, a fun episode you're bound to get a few laughs at.
