The Man in the Embassy
Prismark1024 August 2020
Andre Mendez is a critic of a fascist Latin American dictatorship has been abducted and taken into hiding in the Domingan embassy.

Mendez had acquired US citizenship just a few days earlier. No longer a Domingan citizen, by being snatched Mendez's constitutional rights have been violated.

Monty Nash has to somehow get inside the embassy and retrieve Mendoza. If Nash is caught it would cause an international incident and Nash could end up dead.

At a press conference inside the embassy. Mendez appears to indicate that the US has betrayed him but he seems to show signs of being under undue pressure.

A more exciting and audacious adventure. It is too far fetched and set at a time when it gave a boy scout view of the American Bill of Rights. After all in the last twenty years, the US has been snatching people all over the world and held them indefinitely.

Paul Gleason plays a doctor who helps out Nash.
