Goofs:

Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): The teams sent to backup SG1(Teal'c and Vala) are SG3 and SG25 as stated by Carter in the briefing room. When Landry tells Mitchell of the situation, he refers to the support teams as SG3 and SG5.

Quotes:

Vala Mal Doran: The Sodan were using these devices for hundreds of years. You'd think there'd at least be a label on the side in bold print that says, "Beware, may cause deadly, extra-dimensional, radioactive, monster-causing creature to appear." Or at least "Danger" would have been nice.
