  [he follows meekly] 

  Garn : But I would not have spared you. Why did you spare me?

  He-Man : He-Man cannot decide your fate. That is for you to decide. You alone.

  He-Man : It is a generous offer but... I cannot accept.

  Queen Balina : Why not?

  He-Man : I have seen that you are a cruel woman and I cannot be a part of cruelty.

• Draca : [casting a spell]  The mountain shall rumble, my wizard's power make, all of Targa, tremble and shake!

  [the entire city does indeed begin to quake] 

  Queen Balina : You fool! You forgot about the lake on the mountain!
