Although very little blood shown, actual video footage is seen of people jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge to their deaths.

One of the surviving jumpers recounts his story of jumping and then realizing that he does not want to die; he tells of trying to land feet-first and his swim back to land.

Three uses of "fuck"; one spoken, two are seen in a suicide note.

One use of "son of a bitch."

An interviewee recounts how she gave her own prescribed medication to her friend, one of the jumpers.

It is mentioned that some of the jumpers were alcoholics.

The film features actual video footage of people jumping to their deaths from a bridge. Some are only visible as splashes in the water, others are shown falling into the water. In one scene, a body can be seen floating in the water as rescuers retrieve it.

Pictures of a suicide note are shown, which may disturb some viewers.

Various methods of suicide are mentioned by interviewees.
