Selena Gomez is only 23, but she's already feeling the sting of getting older? "You know kids don't even know who I am anymore," she said with a laugh while promoting her family friendly flick Hotel Transylvania 2. "It made me so sad [because] I was literally doing an interview with this little girl…and I was like, 'You know, when I did the show I was on,' and she goes, 'What show?' I was like, what's happening? I'm getting old!" Gomez offered up her "sad" story when E! News asked if she's thought about a Wizards of Waverly Place reunion. "We literally just talked about that!" she said, adding, "I loved my show. I'm so proud of it. I »
Selena Gomez is continuing her revival. While promoting her new album of the not-so-coincidental same name, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum is getting candid about everything from Justin Bieber to her career choices. It's no secret that her new album will have a more adult sound, just listen to "Good for You," but it's not just her music that's becoming more mature...it's her. The former Disney darling is the cover girl for Wonderland magazine's 10th anniversary issue, and she is putting her vulnerable self on display on its glossy pages. The 23-year-old opens up about her forthcoming album, explaining that it's become a serious passion project. "It's a very »
“The View” host got her start on Disney in 2003 with popular sitcom “That’s So Raven,” of which Zendaya was an avid fan during her childhood. Raven also has long-term Disney fans from the “Zenon” and “Cheetah Girls” movies.
Disney Channel exec Adam Bonnett who developed both “That’s So Raven” and “K.C. Undercover” (in addition to Miley Cyrus’ “Hannah Montana,” Selena Gomez’s “Wizards of Waverly Place,” “Hilary Duff’s “Lizzie McGuire,” Shia Labeouf’s “Even Stevens,” the “Teen Beach Movie” franchise, plus Bella Thorne and Zendaya’s first Disney series “Shake It Up”) says that Raven’s return to the network was the perfect »

If you've got it, flaunt it! Selena Gomez hid nothing on Instagram, as the "Come and Get It" singer posed in nothing but her lingerie. Selena, 23, has been upping the ante when it comes to the way she's perceived in recent months, most notably debuting an incredibly racy music video for single "Good for You," in which she writhes on the floor and takes a very steamy shower. This latest picture proves the former Disney darling has pushed those days far back into her memory, even though it seems like just yesterday she was starring on the Wizards of Waverly Place. But standing in her elaborate bra, panties and tights, Selena has graduated to sexy adult status. Her album must have an entirely »
Like many Disney Channel stars, we have watched sweet Selena Gomez grow up before our very eyes. It seems like just yesterday the brunette beauty was casting spells on Wizards of Waverly Place for a much younger audience. And now, like Miss Gomez herself, her fans are quickly becoming young adults who are open to a much more candid, vulnerable side of the pop star. Yes, her tumultuous relationship with Justin Bieber made headlines (both good and bad) on a daily basis, but all in all the actress turned crooner has stayed true to her good girl image. Until recently… Nowadays it seems as though the 23-year-old is shying away from that Disney darling persona more than ever (let's »
The multihyphenate Gomez will be joined by musician John Fogerty, who has been set as the team adviser for Adam Levine, plus Brad Paisley, who will mentor Blake Shelton’s team, People reported earlier this month. Team Pharrell has yet to set a mentor.
As previously announced, megastar Rihanna will serve as the singing competition’s key adviser for season nine.
“I always feel like when I’m in the presence of someone older than me, I have this respect and I love that I can learn. I want to learn from people, I want to be around women who are, you know, nurturing and care and smart and creative,” Gomez told Access Hollywood of working with Stefani, who added, »

Bailee Madison looked beautiful on the red carpet at The 5th Annual Streamy Awards Nomination Celebration and she probably turned quite a few heads! The brunette star has come a long way since her days on Wizards of Waverly Place, and in fact, she is quite the stunner. Madison looked gorgeous and glamorous in an orange, black and yellow Aztec print mini dress. The 15-year-old actress' long, shiny hair was styled in loose, effortless curls that framed her face. Seriously, what are they serving over there at Disney? It seems like everyone who graduates from one of their tween shows grows up to be a looker! But, hold up all you single guys out there, because it looks like this »
Victoria Justice and Gregg Sulkin's rivalry is finally coming to a head as they duke it out on Lip Sync Battle. They're not really rivals, but they both got their big breaks acting on rival networks—Justice was on Nickeledeon's Zoey 101, while Sulkin was in Disney Channel's Wizards of Waverly Place. Gregg puts on an outlandish wig to perform a rendition of Kelis' "Milkshake", brings in a real life milkshake and starts twerking like his name was Miley Cyrus on an unsuspecting Victoria Justice. And for the pièce de résistance, we get to see the hunky actor's shirt torn right off his back. The 22-year-old actress turns up the heat with a »
Bella Thorne and Gregg Sulkin's Instagram feeds are full of ridiculously cute pictures of them hanging out together. From selfies to beach snaps to funny poses, their photos are enough to inspire anyone's #relationshipgoals. The story of how they met is pretty sweet, too - in June, 17-year-old Bella told Us Weekly that they met "through the Disney circle" because Gregg, who's 23, was on Wizards of Waverly Place and she starred in Shake It Up. "We've always been pretty close," she said, adding, "I FaceTime his mom." In an extracute Instagram post from earlier this year, Gregg also called out their history together, saying, "Friendship from 2009 - Present :) @bellathorne top lady you are miss. Thorne. Top lady." Keep reading to see 14 times they really couldn't have been more adorable, then check out pictures of their recent lunch date and watch Gregg's must-see Lip Sync Battle performance. »
Gregg Sulkin didn't hold back when he performed "Milkshake" by Kelis for an episode of Lip Sync Battle that airs on Thursday. Sporting a curly wig, a t-shirt, and jeans, the 23-year-old star had his shirt ripped off by a bunch of girls before dancing with his competitor, Victoria Justice, and grabbing a milkshake. If you weren't already a fan of Gregg from his early days on Wizards of Waverly Place or because of his roles on Pretty Little Liars and Faking It, he may just win you over with his dedication to this lip-sync performance! (Or, you know, his abs.) Watch the must-see clip above, and then see Victoria Justice bring the heat with her performance. »
Selena Gomez has created such a huge name for herself as a singer, big-screen actress, and style star that it's easy to forget that she got her start on the Disney Channel, playing the lead role of Alex Russo on Wizards of Waverly Place from 2008 to 2012. The young songstress is set to turn 23 on July 22 and like any child star trying to navigate their way through adulthood in the public eye, Selena's life hasn't been without pitfalls; she spent time in a treatment center for two weeks back in January 2014, a stay that her rep said was "not for substance abuse," and has been at the center of rumors concerning her famous friendships with Taylor Swift, Kendall Jenner, and Demi Lovato, as well as her on-again, off-again romance with Justin Bieber (and let's not even get started on his recent career setbacks). While Selena's journey has included its fair share of ups and downs, »
Selena Gomez has a red hot look and a sultry new sound! The former "Wizards of Waverly Place" star showed off her killer curves in New York City on Monday, stepping out after an appearance at Z100 Radio in a figure-hugging red bodysuit, distressed denim and tan booties. The 22-year-old singer just released her new single, "Good For You," featuring New York rapper A$AP Rocky. In the first verse, the brunette bombshell sings, "I'm on my 14 carats / I'm 14 carat / Doing it up like Midas / Now you say I got a touch / So good, so good / Make you never wanna leave / So don't, so don't." The song heats up from there as Gomez says, "'Cause I just wanna look good for you, good for you / I just wanna look good for you, good for you / Let me show you how proud I am to be yours /Leave this dress a »
