brilliant blend of humor, entertainment, and substantial learning

The Itche Kadoozy achieves a vital combination that is unfortunately too rare in today's world. It is both first class entertainment and first class Jewish learning. As more and more people choose to increase their learning about their own traditions and Torah philosophy, they seek to also bring some enjoyable entertainment into their homes as well. They are too often faced with a dilemma. They find that in order to bring Jewish content into their home, they must frequently choose entertainment which is either "cheesy", unfunny,or shallow or simply not as sophisticated and excellent as they would want. If they find something entertaining, then it's often at quite an elementary level. Kudos to The Itche Kadoozy Show which respects both the viewer's intellect and the viewer's creative tastes. This is a show which entertains and educates at so many levels that a family of eight to eighty year olds can all enjoy and learn. Being interested in Torah learning should not require turning in an individual's sense of humor and sophisticated thought. To the contrary, the more one learns, the deeper the questions and answers become. This show succeeds on all levels, and continually breaks through new frontiers of formats and venues. The more one watches any particular episode, the more one laughs and the more one learns. The creators are brilliant pioneers.
