Star Trek: The Animated Series: Yesteryear (1973) (TV Episode)
Young Spock is shown being teased by his Vulcan classmates because of his human heritage.
Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977)
Roberto Orci cited Star Wars as an influence in giving this film an epic feel: "I wanted to feel the space, to feel speed and to feel all the things that can become a little bit lost when Star Trek becomes very stately - although I love that about it." The film pays homage to Star Wars in the Cantina scene, in the action sequences, and particularly in Kirk and Spock's relationship ("Han Solo wasn't friends with anyone when the journey started, then..."). Additionally, the name 'Vader' is mentioned when the cadets are boarding the Starfleet vessels and Captain Pike says 'Punch it' before going to warp, just like Han Solo does. Sound technician Benjamin A. Burtt, a noted Star Wars technician, was also hired on the film.
Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980)
Reuse of joke of faster-than-light drive failing to work after giving the order to "punch it"
Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
James T. Kirk takes the "Kobayashi Maru" test first mentioned in "The Wrath of Khan"
Star Trek III: The Search for Spock (1984)
Scotty's (future) theorum and application on trans-warp beaming. Ironically, Scotty in Trek III was opposed to the very notion of trans-warp drive.
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home (1986)
Young Spock's memory test is similar to the "reborn" Spock of this film. (Besides the obvious time travel plot) Both discuss the meaning of being "fine" with Amanda and Sarek.
Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987) (TV Series)
Uhura orders a Cardassian beverage at the bar. These aliens made their 1st appearance on this series, and nearly every other spin-off hence.
Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991)
Spock says: "Once you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." It is the same line from Star Trek VI when the crew is trying to figure out how the Enterprise "fired" on the Klingon Ambassador's ship, framing Kirk.
Loaded Weapon 1 (1993)
The "I'm giving it all she's got, captain" was originally said by James Doohan in his cameo in this film.
Star Trek: Insurrection (1998)
The Enterprise escapes an anomally by ejecting and detonating its warp core
Galaxy Quest (1999)
In the Audio Commentary for Star Trek (2009), Director J.J. Abrams says, "By the way, I think we've all gone on record as saying one of our favorite 'Trek' films is 'Galaxy Quest'. And this sequence [where Kirk and Sulu are falling toward Vulcan without a parachute] is... an homage to Tony Shalhoub's great save in that film."
Star Trek: Enterprise (2001) (TV Series)
Scotty claims he's being punished for losing "Admiral Archer's prized beagle" in a transporter accident
Alias: So It Begins (2001) (TV Episode)
Uhura orders a Slusho
Star Trek New Voyages: Phase II (2004) (TV Series)
Both here and webisode "In Harm's Way," the planet Vulcan is destroyed by a weapon from the future.
Lost: Pilot: Part 1 (2004) (TV Episode)
In the shuttle scene where Kirk and McCoy first meet, McCoy saying "I may throw up on you" is reference to the pilot of Lost, where Kate says the same thing to Jack as she is stitching up his wound.
