Charming, family friendly film

I bought this film for my grandkids (ages 6 and 8) for their visit this weekend, and enjoyed it as much as they did. It was beautifully filmed, it's pretty funny, the characters are believable and likable and the dog is great! By the time the kids were ready to leave, they wanted to take the movie home with them. It wasn't the usual automatic "Yes" I'd normally give: I wanted to watch it again with Grandma! Finally I let them have it and found another copy on a trip to the store. If you have younger kids and would like to really enjoy a movie with WITH them, take my advice and get this movie! I know it's going to be a long-time favorite around my house, I bet it will be at yours, too.
