Stunning work...
20 April 2006 | by (NYC) – See all my reviews

I saw this short as part of the "Escape From Film School" series that screened in Hollywood the other night. First off, let me say that I've sat through dozens of student filmmaker screenings around LA, and I've never been more impressed by a group of student films. They were amazing... this one in particular was breathtaking. I was blown away by the scope and ambition of this project. The visual effects were incredible... really groundbreaking stuff. I would have been impressed if this piece had come out of ILM, but the fact that this guy is a USC student is just amazing. I've shown the DVD to a bunch of my co-workers, and every time I watch it I notice some new level of detail that I had missed before... No doubt, this guy will go far...
