Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Burt and Anton's assistants wear very revealing outfits (as magician's assistants do in reality).

A few sexual and suggestive comments.

Burt and Anton introduce their assistant and then make some suggestive movements around her.

We see two different girls in their undergarments.

Burt complains that he won't be able to have sex for a week after being locked in The Hot Box.

We see two main characters making out heavily and then they lie down on a bed while being clothed. As they're kissing, the man pulls the girl's bra out from the top of her shirt like a magic trick. She then produces a packaged condom as a magic trick. He uses slight of hand to change it from a Trojan to an XL condom and she asks if that's true, but he admits it's just for the trick.

Violence & Gore

We see a character stitch his cheek up after performing a magic trick.

Steve Gray puts one of his arms over birthday candles, and his arm burns. Later, he shows that scorched in his arm are the words "Happy Birthday."

Steve uses a drill to make a hole in his skull. We see him drill through his skin, and then few seconds later, his right eye goes the other way to indicate that he drilled through his skull.

Steve smashes his own head into a nail.

Steve lies down on burning hot coal. He says that the barbecue smell is his burning flesh. He then attempts to sleep, and screams very loudly.

After Anton gives a bunny to a young boy in Cambodia, the boy walks off with the bunny and pulls out a knife.

Profanity

Five uses of "goddamn," seven uses of "shit," three uses of "asshole," three uses of "ass", three uses of "bitch," one use of "piss,", one use of "crap." and one use of the word "fuck".

Burt is seen in the bathtub with a glass of what seems to be alcohol and appears drunk (slurred words, droopy eyelids, offensive behavior, etc.).

Some scenes take place at a magicians bar in which alcohol is involved.

Most of Steve's tricks are very disturbing.
