Trivia:
When it was thought that this was going to be the finale of the series, Brenda Hampton begged Jessica Biel to come back and reprise her role of Mary Camden. Biel had a commitment to the film Next (2007). At the very last minute, she had a few days free from filming, so Hampton rewrote the episode to physically include Mary in the story (her scenes were even shot after everyone else's, and then spliced in). Originally, Carlos was talking to Mary on his cell phone with no one responding on the other end; but, after the added footage, we were able to experience Mary's side of the conversation. This is how Jessica's 11th-hour appearance on the finale (that wasn't quite a finale) happened. moreSoundtrack:
