Based on _"Ant & Dec's Gameshow Marathon" (2005)_ , a series that aired on ITV in 2005 to commemorate the network's 50th anniversary, "Gameshow Marathon" is a 7-episode game show tournament airing on CBS featuring game shows that have at some point or another been on the network. The game shows featured are "The Price is Right," "Let's Make A Deal," "Beat The Clock," "Press Your Luck," "Card Sharks," "Match Game" and "Family Feud."

I have watched and taped both episodes. Ricki is doing a great job and the celebrities seem very enthusiastic. I love the idea that the celebrities are playing for someone at home instead of "just" charities. I know the celebrities are playing for charity but I am glad that the show is just more than a glorified version of "celebs playing 4 charity show." I hope that this comes back for sweeps. I also was very tickled by the guest celebs for the shows. I knew that Adam Corolla (sp?) is a huge fan of TPIR and seeing him walk out was hilarious! Gilbert Gottfried had me in stitches on LMAD! "What the heck were you thinking??!!? Gilbert read all our minds I believe. A great show and I hope it is back soon.
