It's the end of the world
18 March 2015 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I've seen better episodes than this one, and even Louie wasn't the usual Louie, as this time he's a tad paranoid about the end of the world, because that's what he saw on the Phil Donahue show, of course. Long story short, he converts the tool room into a type of bunker, just in case the outside world is in ruins. All Louie has to do pick 3 others to "bunk" with him, and he somehow acquired these spacesuits in order to help aid in the survival. I won't say who he chooses, other than Elaine, and we all know why he picks her; after he whispers a magic password to her in her ear, she proceeds to smack him in the face. That's the typical Louie I'm used to! This is also one of the few times that Jeff(J. Alan Thomas)has a few scenes and lines, and I do like his character more than the annoying Latka; in fact, even though I'm also a fan of Reverend Jim, I find him quite annoying in this episode. I would have to say my favorite aspect is the serious talk Louie has with Alex to end the show, so it ends on a better note.
