Arwin,just like anyone, has made a rivalry with hotel janitor across the street. Arwin and his new enemy have to face each other in a competition for hotel engineers. Zack and Cody are at his side cheering him on helping him with each coming task, when they find out that Arwin's enemy is cheating!!!!! When they decide to tell Mr.Moseby this they decide otherwise because they know no one will believe them, so instead they try to help Arwin cheat. When Arwin finds out he sets all right and ends up winning the contest. London decides she wants to open a boutique in the hotel but her father won't pay for it because she has quit too many times. Therefor she has to pay for it herself and she hires Maddie. Maddie soon quites when she realizes London didn't make enough to pay her for the first week.
