Cartman begins a one-man crusade to get "Family Guy" taken off the air after it shows an image of Mohammed. But his real motive is not that it's offensive to Muslims--it's because the show's not funny.

Quotes

Eric Cartman: Do you have any idea what it's like? Everywhere I go, "Hey Cartman, you must like Family Guy, right?" "Hey, your sense of humor reminds me of Family Guy, Cartman." I am NOTHING like Family Guy! When I make jokes, they are inherent to a story! Deep, situational and emotional jokes based on what is relevant and has a POINT! Not just one interchangeable joke after another!

Somehow, somewhere along the line, people are starting to miss an important aspect of South Park. So as a forewarning to anyone who has never seen South Park but happens to e-trip across this page:

THIS SHOW IS NOT INTENDED FOR PEOPLE WHO TAKE THEMSELVES SERIOUSLY! At all. It's satire of satire of political and social satire. It's Parker and Stone's way of making people laugh at the world we live in (and having some fun offending stuck up, tightassed Americans while they're at it).

If you take yourself seriously (especially people who have big enough egos to use the words "metaphysics" and "polemic" in a review about a cartoon TV show), then don't watch the show.
