While visiting an Art's Festival a young sculptor and her five art school classmates get lured one-by-one to a desolate machine shop in the hopes of viewing some "real," industrial art, but instead fall victim to a deranged experimental artist whose medium isn't clay, oils, or even stone...it's humans. The low-budget "Chiseled" is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Nothing works in this amateurish flick: the screenplay is an awful collection of imbecile scenes and dialogs with the pretext of graphic and gore violence my favorites are when Rashaan cries "- wake up" to a slaughtered Connie or when Connie enters in an empty tool shed expecting to see an Art's Festival, for example; the acting is terrible, highlighting Jason Kypros in the role of Brian and Lacey Bullard in the role of the blind Lucy; all the characters are not well developed, stupid and annoying; the cinematography and the locations are poor; at least once the microphone is shown (32:54 minutes running time), maybe in a tribute to Ed Wood. The IMDb User rating is fake to lure potential viewers. My vote is one (awful).
Title (Brazil): "Arte Assassina" ("Assassin Art")
