Jack and Wayne must retrieve a digital recording from a safe deposit box before Henderson's men get to it. President Logan starts to cover his tracks when he orders Homeland Security to issue an arrest warrant for Jack.

Storyline

After discovering that the main antagonist of the nerve gas operation is President Logan. An injured Evelyn Martin tells Jack and Wayne that she has proof that Logan is complicit in the form of a digital recording. To make things even more difficult for Jack, Logan issues an arrest warrant to apprehend Jack to prevent him from getting to the evidence. Homeland Security duo, Karen Hayes and Miles Papazian monitor both Audrey Raines and Chloe O'Brian to try and pick up a thread on Jack.

Jack's beard consistently looks like 2-day's growth, except for one little scene inside the bank vault. For the sequence that includes "they didn't come here to arrest us, they came here to kill us." Jack is clearly not sporting the same growth as in neighboring shots of him scoping out the shooters in the parking lot and his sneaking around in the bank. (Possibly the scene needed to be re-written and shot after the Season had already wrapped.)

Jack Against Logan,Henderson,Bierko and CTU

New discoveries regarding the day's horrific events keep Jack away from CTU as he learns from Evelyn that the evidence against Logan is stored at a bank. He and Wayne kidnap the manager with the help of Chloe as they attempt to retrieve it but Henderson, having tracked down Evelyn Martin, discovers Jack's location and sends a team to kill him and retrieve the evidence. Jack and Wayne manage to escape, setting off a bank alarm which brings LAPD to the area causing a firefight between Henderson's men and LAPD. Meanwhile CTU is absorbed by Homeland Security. Chloe and Audrey team together to assist with Jack's field operations and the investigation takes an unexpected turn.

In summary,here the events that happened during that hour:

1.President Charles Logan orders Christopher Henderson to handle the situation with Jack Bauer.

2.Logan calls Karen Hayes at Counter Terrorist Unit and puts out a warrant for Bauer's arrest. Miles Papazian suggests using Audrey Raines to serve as bait.

3.Audrey calls her father, Secretary of Defense Heller, and asks for his help.

4.Chloe O'Brian is able to stop Miles from tracking Audrey.

5.Jack Bauer finds the recording Evelyn Martin made of Logan and Henderson.

6.Jack and Wayne Palmer escape from the bank in a police car.

Jack now is up not only against Bierko and Henderson but also against President Logan.A David vs 3 Goliath's for that matter.That is why it was just wonderful to see that Chloe and Audrey will extend some help to him without the approval of the CTU,which is being used by President Logan to give Jack more trouble.How will he survive all these obstacles in fulfilling his mission?We are about to find out.
