*** This comment may contain spoilers ***In my opinion, this has been the best episode of Smallville in quite a while. First, it had an exciting, suspenseful plot line. Second, Lana Lang was only in one scene. She always makes me feel like I'm watching All My Children. And best of all, there were no meteor rocks in sight. And for once, Clark actually did something Superman-like. Albeit, I was a bit perplexed as to why Clark couldn't hear his mother screaming for help. And on a similar note, if Clark can run half as fast as Superman can fly, then he could have scoured the entire planet, finding Lionel and Martha within seconds, as opposed to waiting for Chloe to trace the signal to a building 5 miles away, and then driving there in Lex's car. And I must admit, I was somewhat disappointed when they revealed that the guy in the mask was just some disgruntled factory worker. But all in all, I give it a 9 out of 10.
