Kyle's speech at Chef's wake directly states South Park creators feelings towards
Isaac Hayes leaving the show. The line, "We shouldn't be mad at Chef for leaving us. We should be mad at that little fruity club for scrambling his brains," was referring to Scientology and their influence in Isaac's decision to leave the show.

Kyle:
Chef, the police are asking questions about you.
Chef:
Oh, really? Well, let's all go home and make love.
Stan:
No, Chef! We don't want to make love to you.
Chef:
Kenny, how'd you like to sodomize my black ass?
Kyle:
Chef! Chef, you need to get out of here before you get arrested, all right?
Chef:
I specializes in your asshole, Kyle.

I will not spoil anything for you. Not even the first few minutes. The only plot I tell you: Chef returns. In fashion. Episode includes brainwashing and brutality.
Needless to say, hilarity ensues. This is probably one of the funniest South Park episodes ever. It's not a string of jokes connected by plot (those episodes, while hilarious, are not as memorable), but just plot
- only the plot is so ridiculously funny, it's not even funny!
The best part, in my opinion, is how they remix old sound clips of Chef's dialogue. While it can be nostalgia heaven, some of the mixing is so well done, even when you know that it's just a bunch of doctored sound clips.
